We have an initial conversation to better understand your situation and what you're trying to achieve. Depending on your situation, we'll either move to Step 3 or Step 4.

Step 3: Not ready to sell, keep in touch

We know your building is important to you and the timing must be right. If we catch you before you're ready, we'd love to stay in touch for the future. We author a market intel report that helps you stay up to speed on commercial real estate in your submarket.

How long does it take to get a deal done?

We are flexible and can work to get a deal done on your timeline. Want a quick close? We can make that happen. Want a longer close? That works too.

I'm tired of owning my property but still need the income from it. Can you help?

Yes, we can structure a sale where we pay you in installments over time in a form that mimics ongoing rental income from the property. We can also do a master lease where we take the property over from you, continue paying you rental income, but you don't need to sell today.

I want to sell but stay in my building. Can I get a deal done with you?

Yes, we can work with you to do a sale-leaseback. This enables you to monetize the value of your property while continuing to use it to run your business.

Can I sell to you in a way that minimizes my taxes?
